Ok I got my pic of my boat reduced so it would fit but it`s blurry and u can`t even tell what it is,any help?

Not sure why its so blurry, could be just a bad picture? This FAQ thread may help you.

Maybe because I resized the pic so many times before it fit..Does anyone know how to resize it properly the first time?

Just resize the picture again from the original down to the size you have it now. The more often you resize the worse the picture will get, especially if you make it to small then try to make it larger
