[QUOTE=ragboy;537525]@chpthril no, my only point is that your post made it sound like just throw those sacs in the RZ4 and it will be great. It will be good, IMHO, but as you progress, that power/push is so important. There is nothing worse then getting someone on your boat, and they are used to an enzo, or whatever, and they just keep falling out of the wake wondering what is going on. That is what it was like for us on the Ve before this setup.

Not sure how you came away with that Im about the only one in this thread that did NOT actually comment on the wake. I was just trying to clarify that is was just as simple to add more weight to the 24Ve/RZ4 as it is with the RZ2/22Ve.

Fair enough. I am bit sensitive because I just want to be careful that when people watch our videos, they know what they can expect. Last thing I want is someone buying a boat and then disappointed.

I should add one more thing. When you see us out on that 24Ve, we are out on Mondays and Wednesday afternoons from like 3pm til dark. There is almost no one out there. I would NOT feel comfortable with the way the 24Ve is weighted with 9 people on the boat and on a weekend. Obviously you could fill tanks less, but on our Ve we have to get the back of the boat low enough in the water, that rollers from other boats will come up the back and easily lap over the activity center. My wife would also be a constant thorn if we were out in choppy conditions like that.

The RZ2 was only to the rub rail, and so even though we were still careful in chop, it was not an issue almost at all, unless really choppy.

Just wanted to make sure you understood that.

Ragboy is bang on with the RZ4's needs.

The 4 doesn't need weight in the front and I actually find the wave better running the front ballast at about 50% when I don't have a tonne of people weight.

With the stock ballast and 3-4 people cuddled close in the rear corner it throws a fantastic wave. As he mentions with the RZ2, if you can get the rubrail to kiss the water at a standstill then you're money.

Can someone post a link to a plug and play bag that will fill the rear compartments of the 4?
