Laketime, sounds like a good theory, but I think in practicality, it probably does not pan out. The rate at which your head sinks into the water is dependent on the surface area, the % of surface area increase with a helmet is probably not enough to make that much difference.Be excellent to one another.

yeah its just some things from some people that i've heard. i cant imagine a helmet hurting anything. we bought a helmet last year but i never whear it. but i was definatly planning on it this year when i try a raley, and that issue came came about when i met nick whieneker(tige pro rider)at the boat show and talked about some new triks for this year, he was even saying it could brake your neck if you slammed hard enough, but i just found that hard to beleive. he's a cool guy though, knows his stuff about tige and wakeboarding
