Whenever we get the boat up on plane after going slow for a while the bilge pump turns on and pumps out water. I do not understand where this water is coming from, I am assuming the bow is lower than the rear in the water so that is where it collects and then when the water all rushes to the back triggering the pump to turn on. A friend of mine has a tige and he said that he has some water coming through the lights and the front tow hook but have not had the boat off the lift yet to take a look, anyone else had similar problems and where was it coming from? Also the boat is a 2006 20v, thanks.

Both of my fiberglass mufflers cracked and my prop shaft seal was leaking when I got my boat. My bildge went off all the time The shaft seal is an easy fix. Just remove the allen bolts. There are 2 in each hole. Then slide the stainless flange so that it compresses the diaphragm 3/4 of an inch. Mine doesn't really leak at all anymore. Then put the allens back in and you should be good to go.Build thread: http://www.tigeowners.com/forum/showthread.php?14787-Duffy-s-2005-24v-wakesurfing-mod-thread&highlight=duffys+24v

Good luck with your diagnosis!
