If you're boat isn't going to see salt water, the SS "Not for Marine use" will be perfect. The 200 & 400 series SS do not do well in salt water. I would imagine these staples to be 200 series. If you are very concerned about stainless staples I'd look for some typ 316, 321, or 347 stainless steel staples these tend to do much better with salt water applications.
