Adding pic as Icon

I noticed some of you have a picture of a boat as your Icon with your user name.How do you do that?

Click the User CP above, from the User CP screen click user options. The small picture is called an Avatar, located at the bottom of the user option page. You can upload you picture from there. You'll need to resize your picture to I beleive 65X65 pixels with something like photoshop or microsoft paint.
