Numbers on the side of the boat.

Whats the best method for taking off the old ones?

Can I just go purchase the individual numbers at a store? Or do I have to go to a print shop or a place like that?

    Thanks.

Peel them off one at a time or the entire graphic. You can purchase individual numbers and letters at a boat place or Walmart.

Any local sign shop can make up some custom ones. Check your local regulations for size. Most states seem to require 3" bold block letters. The prefab numbers look pretty tacky. The domed numbers look pretty nice though.

Most boat stores and even Cabellas sell custom looking lettering packs for about $15 bucks. I got a black that fades into white, looks sweet!

You can do a search for "reg numbers" and pull up lots of good info.

                Here's what I had done.

Sorry for the crappy phone pics.

I had mine made at a local vinyl graphics sign store, they can do any font they have on their computers and they can put it on many different colors and finishes. I had mine done in black to match the RZ2 font.

My dealer has supplied mine for both of my Tige purchases. I didn't put them on this time though as I can't recall a single meeting with the filth in my 10 years of ownership. I have them stored away neatly in the boat ready for install if ever required.

My RZ4 is pure white and the numbers would just be an eyesore. Here's to a long clean run!
