need replacement wakeboard rack

I have a 2006 24V and today the bolts came loose on one of the racks(Fork) while wakeboarding and it fell into the water. If anyone has any ideas on how to get one at a decent price, I'd love to hear about it. Its around 450 from the dealer and they are going to try and work with me on the price. Here is a pic of what I need. I do have a surfboard now and could possibly want to get one that will hold one of those and a wakeboard.

What happened to you was a very common problem on the 06, 07 boats.

I took the mount completely off of the tower and had a welder run a 1" bead on the mount where you will be mounting the forks (see photo).

The only precaution is the welder needs to apply wet rags on the rack swivel so it doesn't distort or damage the nylon bearings.

Another tip I have, I use Loctite Blue on all of the threaded fasteners on the tower including everything used to mount the bimini. The tower vibrates and the fasteners will loosen up over time.
