Just got my RZ4 3 weeks ago, we live in dubai, its a 2008 and the last owner didnt really look after it well, the hull is a bit faded and i think it needs a restorer then a wax.
Trouble is have only seen starbrite and 3m here so far so bit limited in choice, there are others types of wax avaiable more car type, would they be ok as well?
The vinyl was really bad and i have been experimenting with different things so thats improving, slowly!

I'd stick with a fiberglass, gelcoat specific waxes....For the super meticulous owners I would recommend an oxidation restorer (or heavy cleaner) compound first, then two coats of a good polishing compound (I've had great luck with the stuff that has PTEF in it), then two coats of a pure carnuba wax.

I use Hot Sauce as soon as I pull the boat out of the water. My wife wipes down the vinyl with a wet towel while I (and the rest of the crew) wipe down the exterior with Hot Sauce. Takes all of about 10 minutes. Then I occasionally use Vinyl Sauce followed by 303 Aerospace Protectant. When the seats get really dirty, I'll use Malco's.
