Yes I spend a lot of time on the pond they call success lake haha but half the time I travel to kaweah just 30 min north of me. We are in the process of buying a new tube as im writing this and heading up for the day!
I drive to Pine Flat most of the time. I have a 60' houseboat there... so it's my haven.

Thanks. The boat looks ok in the water I just don't like red. I'd love to change the color. But I do love the boat!

Anyone come up with a San Bernard TO date yet? My boat is in the shop but should be out today, ended up being a bad fuel pump. Oh well, it happens, anyway if you guys come up with a date let me know!

Well My Boat is land Locked up at Conroe, so I was thinking about going and getting it this weekend. Then I need to find a place to store it. How is the river lately? I have also been thinking about trying out Clear Lake. How is the Colorado near Bay City?

I keep my horses out in Needville, so I am out there quite often. I went to the San Bernard a lot last year when I had my Jet Ski, but have not taken the boat there yet. Are there a lot of underwater obstructions to look out for? How deep is the river usually?

Had a bad experience pulling my boat with the wife's Yukon. Was on a steep wet ramp and the weight of the boat almost pulled her Yukon Denali in the water. I won't do that again. Now use the truck every time!!!! Color definately doesn't match but don't have to worry about not enough power or enought weight. Plus with a Banks system from filter/chip/exhaust it gets a whole lot better fuel mileage.
