I can take one tonight - sorry abort that - it is more oval in shape and has 4 stainless cup holders.

I will mount it tonight and take a picture of it!

      Great looking boat!

I have a question about the trailer. I noticed some type of safety chain that attaches to the bow eye. Did that come with the trailer? I have a '05 24V with a Prestige trailer and do not have this.

Here's the picture of the cockpit table as requested.

The safety chain - yes and no. I had one that I made on my 2003 22V and took it off that trailer and put it on this one, however - the 2006 Prestige trailor did come with a safety strap - rather then a safety chain.

I've always had one on any boat or waverunner - I've seen at least two boats slide back off a trailer on a steep boat ramp. I doubt if the strap would ever brake, but if it did - I don't want to know what would happen.

          Dwillets,

If you don't mind me asking, what is the going $ for that setup in KS? I'm looking at a 06 22V here in OR, and it is fully loaded (except for ballast) with Samson tower with swing in racks and Samson speakers, bimimi top, Tige cruise control, heater, custom cover, etc. going for about $53K.

          BTW, sweet looking ride!!!

            Right around $52K here.

I have everything except for Tower Speakers & Tower Lights - the picture doesn't show a Bimini - its taking a little longer to get here.

I know for me - the pricing on an engine can swing that number up or down by a few thousand. For me, I decided to go with the PCM Engine; rather then the Mercrusier or Marine Power - depending on the Horsepower some cost more then others.

I'm really loving that interior. It looks fantastic. How has it been with removing the seat cushions for the storage access?

For me, it's really easy. I rarely use the cooler as we just bring a larger one on board and set it up in the aisle going to the front. I never use the one on the driver side either as its just access into the extended ski compartment.

I use the one on the passeger side all the time to store ski ropes, and it easily comes out and goes back in. I don't know that its any better then what I had in the 03 22V, but you don't have to deal with the possibility of a hinge ever breaking as theirs no hinge.

In the front, they are all easier to deal with then what I had in the 03 boat. So far, Kudos on all the changes I've seen from 2003 to 2006.

I can't say what a 22VE looks like, but the 22V 2006 is identical to previous years - no extra storage or reverse slant to create compartments etc... I've seen the pics you mention about the 22VE, I just don't know if they are real? If you order a 22V nothing has changed.
