he said they requested the 05 dash because they liked the grey.

The dashes on the v's are the same, only droped the grey and added tan. The ve's have the new dash.

Thanks for all the Positive Comments - we LOVE the new boat and our colors. As I've made some slightly negatvie comments in the past about Skiers Wharf Extreme (when I was upset about the way my 2003 boat was running) - I'd also like to give credit where credit is due too, which sometimes I forget to do.

These guys (Ryan and Eric) jumped through hoops to get me out of the disappointing issues I was having with my 2003 to get me the 2006 in record time - I'm in no way disappointed with the fact I didn't get everything from day one - I think at the first part of this post I mentioned some items missing (nothing big). They got the boat from Tige shrink wrapped and had it ready for delivery the very next day.

Just an FYI for anyone thinking about buying a new boat - I opted to get the KS Power Premium Sound System, but when ordering a new boat this was the cheaper options when it came to a stereo. Not really cheaper, but the middle of the road so to speak. You have an option to order RS Power Premium Sound System - but for me the KS was a great choice. It sounds GREAT! It's extremly LOUD!!!!! I guess if you have the extra $$$$ and want to go deaf - get the RS :-) Kidding of course, but for someone that doesn't listen to a stereo loud often the KS is more then enough sound for those folks.

Actually - I do live in the Kansas City Area - when I ordered the colors my dealership asked if I was creating a KANSAS CITY CHIEFS BOAT!!!!

Maybe I could work a deal with McDonald's - slap a golden arch on there somewhere - make me a little money on the side for advertisement :-)

                    Thanks!

I didn't think about the Chiefs, I grew up in K.C. and graduated from Turner High School. My parents live in Shawnee, right off Shawnee Mission Pkwy on Quivira Rd.

Lookin' good! I also would like the quickrelease handles on our 05 tower but I'll bet we're out of luck as far as a simple conversion. Since it has been brought up ...............GO CHIEFS!!!!!

I would think so. They are not as much a quick release but a bolt with a handle on it so you do not have to dig for your wrench.

Lee is definitely correct - they are handles basically on a bolt - their is also a button on the end of the handle that allows you to position the handle in any direction once you've tightened it so that is does not stick out once tighted; you can easily rotate to be aligned with the tower or however you want it to be.

I like it better then digging for a wrench ;-)
