Does anyone know if the floor under the carpet in a 2007 20i is smooth enough to coat with white polyurethane? I want to add a non-skid to it and snap-in carpet.

That's a great idea. I've been wanting to rip mine out as well. I also considered using Seadeck as a floor. Epic boats uses Seadeck in their silver teakwood pattern. Looks awesome!Waiting for another good one! -
hmmm seadeck sounds like a plan too.
I was planning on coating with Ultra Tuff Marine. Same stuff on my houseboat. One-part water based polyurethane copolymer with rubber granules. It's badazzz.So this monkey walks into a bar...Comment
