WOW! That stinks. Hope everything works out for you. I really glad you guys are ok. The pictures are wild, you got hit a ton. The problem is you said he doesn't have insurance, I think they should nail him hard because now it comes out of your pocket and that just not right. I really think they need to do something about these type of people.

This is a little off topic but today is the funeral for 2 kids (19 & 12) that got killed last wkend from a drunk boater in Neb. The family was on vacation and the boat ran over the kids while they were tubing. I can't imagine what they are feeling right now, if it was me I don't know how I would cope. We had a close call a couple of wks ago in the middle of the day from someone not watching where they were going. I added a marine air horn to my tower.

I am glad to hear all is OK.

If you don't go to church, you should consider it, because you are being watched over...if he had hit you any different, this could have been so much worse.

I would be in line for the tower, if it ends up getting parted out, and we could get somewhere near reasonable shipping.

Tribute to Tige as I am shocked it stayed up 2 minutes with a hole that size. Glad to here everyone was ok. One more reason I do not like boating at night.

I was doing about 30ish, they had to be plus 40, after they hit us, they powered up.

If I did not turn it would of been a head on hit, and I probably would not be here today to talk about this. I think my GF so much for seeing it and yelling to turn

im more pissed they didnt stop than anything, if something happend to one of us I couldnt even imagine....

I am going after these bastards for everything and make sure they never get on the water ever again and become a hazard to the next boater.....

I just heard they almost hit another boat, a open fishing boat, just prior to the collision
