After removing my vdrive I have found that my prop shaft has some play in it. Is this normal? I am sure the seal is leaking as well but the boot is loose and could be tightened by moving the collar back.
I know the shaft is 1 1/8" but what is the bore through the hull?
Do I replace or just tighten?
