2002 21v riders edition, I think we need a new impellor, we replaced it last season but the engine starts kind of hard and the belt doesn't turn smoothly. If we replace the whole pump assembly, is that a lot easier??
Also we are thinking of changing out the starter, when starting the boat doesn't kick over right away and kind of makes a weird vibrating sound before it finally starts.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated since we are trying to get this done for this weekend being the 4th of July.
Also, whats the best place to buy these parts?
