My walls are just fine, but I also have wood reenforcing the edges of my divider. And the divider is plywood as well.

how are the walls and floor holding up

So far so good. The divider wall does bulge a little in the middle, so reinforcing 1/2 up the wall wouldn't hurt. The stock wall supports, or slots, also seem to be holding up. Although better yet, replace with alum U channel as duffy did.

Now that I've thought about it, the sacs don't fit "perfect" but rather "good enough" without going custom. The length and width are pretty much spot on, but I still have some height to fill. I'm now tempted to fill the seat locker up to the cooler.

Have a 05 22v and have the jumbos in the lockers and works just fine. No floor or wall issue. The weight of the bag is against the outside wall so the weaker wall on the engine side gets some preasure but not much. I don't even give it much thought.

Something I WOULD give some thought to is "handles" on the bag. The reason for this is when you are filling the bag, you want to make sure it is sitting in the correct position while it is filling. You will find after the first time you pump water out of the bag that you are monitoring the bag the next time you fill it up because it will move around and not be sitting correctly in the locker. I am always grabbing the side of the bag, either side, and moving it a little to get the max in there I can. I would see what it would cost to get handles added to the bag. If I had my wish, it would have 4 handles. 2 on either side of the fill hole but close to the edges, and 2 either side of the vent hole at the other end, also close to the edges. This way, as the bag fills you can adjust the bag easily without struggling to get the bag in the correct position only by gripping the raw sides. The handles I am talking about are the same ones they use on the 155lbs brick. Evidentally, they are "welded" on at the factory. Might be a little $ but IMO, if I were to order them again, I would go the distance and get these handles added if I could.

Othewise the bags are great. I get min 750 and probably max of 850 in there. I know this bacause I weighted my boat and bags full/empty this spring to see what I was actaully getting in there instead of guessing.

Hope this helps...I love having one bag to fill instead of 2 400lbs bags to fill and stuff back there. Much easier.

That is a great idea! Even with a fully automated system, we are always fussing with the sacks making sure they are sitting correctly.
