How tight should the tower and pylon nuts be?

How tight should I tighten the tower and the ski pylon?

I put a wrench on the pylon and the forward tower bolts and was surprised at how easy the nuts turned. Before I tightened it, I could feel the pylon move very slightly when I pushed on it sideways with my hands. The tower had no issue, but Joel at Stayton had told me to tighten it regularly. I put about 1/4 turn on each one. The pylon doesn't move any more.

My dealer told me to crank the tower bolts almost as much as I could. He reassurred me that freaky creaking noise was normal. I did not have any gel coat cracks. Same is true of the ski pylon.
    Be excellent to one another.
