    Pulley bearings

So my boat has been sitting (A LOT!) Went to start it today and OMG! it was making loads of noise. Like the bearings were made of little blocks of steel and not round at all. I let it go for a bit knowing the worst it would do is just become very obvious where the problem was or smooth out and end up with a great day… It all smoothed out and little to no noise after 2-3 minutes. So what do you think? Keep an eye on it or start replacing pulleys. I think it might be the tensioner pulley. But it was making little to no noise by the end of the day.

I think I have had the belt too tight most of the time>

Both mine the end of last season started making a lot of noise the idler and tensioner are the same pulley. Mine get wet a lot from wet riders coming on from the swim deck etc and thats when they got loud. Here is the pulley part # 807757T

Just Google search it and you can find a few places selling it online I would recommend replacing both they are not very expensive.

Turns out it’s not a pulley. I think it’s the water circulator….. (Took pulleys off and they spun just fine.)
