Not to bash on any company but if half of the people on here saw how boats come from the factory wether it be a sea ray, tige, supra, mastercraft, bayliner, cobalt you'd be shocked of what the rigging guys go through to get each boat ready it's the way it is. The boat industry doesn't have half the regulations the auto industry has and boats are still more hand made thus the reason more flaws however that being said out of all the tiges i've owned (on #7) this is simply the only one with major problems and they are taking care of it the right way so i'm very pleased with it all.

Yes very fortunate for being on #7 at a young age and am very grateful for it also however that is of no concern the concern is the fact they are taking care of their customers and its great to see.

Tige in most cases does good caring for its customers. Better than others but IMO not radically better or worse than MC,BU, Skiers Choice and others. Most of the good inboard builders are smart enough to know that good service is key to success along with a quality product.

Upholstery and seams as well as vinyl stretching has been an issue for years. I give Tige credit because they have made significant improvements in this area with better vinyl, foam and workmanship. It is a shame though that Tige has had re-occurring vinyl issues and steering cable issues for years. It is sad when you land up with cracked and stretched vinyl with seam problems on a late model Tige that cost a bundle but in many cases you can get Tige to address the issues if you have a decent dealer. Unfortunately not all dealers are great. A dealer can make or break Tige's rep.

One thing you can see in the industry is Tige is getting more recognition and the cost of a Tige is getting more expensive every year. The cost of progress and increased volume.
