Flat out rediculous......... I guess I can overload the back of my truck with to much weight and sue GMC because I couldn't steer it efectively and crash due to it being overloaded by my own stupidity. Where are we going as a society?????

My question is, how did this guy manage to not kill himself with 20 people on board? My nerves can only handle 6-8 people in my RZ2. I had 10-12 once and I was ready to sink the boat with everyone in it! Ha

This is getting crazy. Pretty soon there will be a release of liability clause in the front of the owners manual that all boat occupants will be required to sign or some kind of fingerprint scanner on the touch screen to acknowledge that the operator takes full responsibility for reckless behavior or some crazy anal lawer stuff. I feel bad for the girls but the operator of the boat (no way I would call him a captain) screwed up and found a way to weasel out of the consequences, on MC money.

I don’t understand how somebody sitting in the front could be swept out! Do the front set sit high in the master craft?
Nevertheless, it is the driver responsibility to make sure the boat is used correctly and safely
