Maybe I just don't know how to use it then. Are you saying I can scan through different playlist and artists and see this all on the touch screen?

Yes. Its definitely not as easy as seeing it on the Ipod and scrolling through it on the Ipod but you can do it.

I am pretty sure its in the owners manual but if not just plug it in one day and start messing with it until you get the hang of it.

its funny cuz I was just going over this with one of my customers this past weekend.
