We are supposed to get snow down to 4500 ft this weekend yet, thousands of people are flocking to the lake this weekend. Not us.
You'll get your chance, smart guy.

Here's one of the things on my weekend schedule. My first venture into steel. It's a mailbox. It will look the same on all four sides with the front opening being street side in the small upper square and the rear small lower rectangle will be a tilt-out box for retrieving the loads of mail he gets daily. He lives on a country road and his mailbox gets "bashed" constantly. This is the third mailbox I will be installing for him and instead of him going out and buying some crappy box for my to hang, I'm building his last mailbox. All 2" steel outer frame, 1" decorative inserts and 1/8" steel plate behind the inserts on all four sides. It will be set on an 1/8" plate welded to 4, 2" x 6' sleeves, concreted 2' down. Box will slide on, tru-bolt and fill sleeves with concrete.

Well we got our snow last night. Sorry for the crappy pic. It was late, I was drunk and it was snowing. I wonder how all the people at the lake are doing.

Not a great pic but in the interest of getting the thread going, here is a picture from my phone of my 9 year old daughter on Lake Austin yesterday taken from our 2003 Tige 22v Riders Edition.

Out at Bethy Creek for Memorial Day. First pic - my 4 yr old and wife on the tube. Second pic - taught a boy to wakeboard for the first time. Kids are so much easier to teach than adults!

My nephew fooling around on my wakeskate

                        My boat weighted to surf:

Taught a couple folks how to surf, a buddy of mine has a really big, slow shredd stixx that works great for beginners.

Pullin' up to the mother ship for a libation refill:

This is the only photo I got of mothership, it's a bluewater:

We were like the little blackbirds, pecking at the hawk. Three wakeboard boats doing circles around the yacht as we cruised out to drop the hook.

My youngest is becoming a pretty decent captain

Sat. up at 5 am to get on water by 8 am (to miss the crazies and the wind) and rode for almost 3 hours straight. One set Sunday. No riding Monday (this pic) hang out at beach with friends, grill some good brats. Our river has been getting very busy, we think due to the drought and low water every where else. We are tidal water, so everyone is coming to our place to ride. We have also had very bad winds all spring, this spring has been the worst riding for me in the 7 years I have been in Houston. Can ya find the Z1?
