At what RPM am i over revving the engine?

I have been told two different things. One person says 4500 rpms another says 5000rpms and the tachometer doesnt have any red marks. I have a Mercruiser black scorpion 330 hp engine. Thanks for the help

I am pretty sure the upper range is 4800 to 5200 RPMs on that motor. as long as your propped to get in that range you will be fine.
