Wake Surf Racks + e Series Tower

    All:
Love to hear your best practices on where you store your wakesurf boards, or mount wakesurf racks on an eSeries tower. I have the factory wakeboard swivel racks, my Inland Surfer Squirt surfboard will fit, but not my Inland Surfer Blue Lake.

Currently I keep my Inland Surfer Blue in it's padded bag in the locker that is not being "ballasted". I have to move it, or keep it in the walkway. Sort of a hassle.

Looking for recommendations on which wakesurf racks work well:
    -is DBOT5 still in Business?
-I read Endless Wave also is Out of Business
-NiceRack... where do people mount on the e-Series tower

Any other good ideas out there for surfboard storage for the e Series (Aluminium tower)

Subscribing. I was hoping there would be after market surfboard forks that would bolt right to the current tige plate, but I can't find any. I have seen some nice combo racks like this http://www.bulletlines.com/surfboard...ack-p/1010.htm available tho....

I swapped one wake-board rack for a wake-surf rack, but I have the Samson Razor tower. Majestic did tell me he changed both sides to a wake-board wake surf combo - for symmetry. I believe he has the Samson tower also.

I have the Tige E series tower and ran the krypt single surf rack for one season and the fingers are a direct bolt up to the oval Tige plate.

Last year I received as a gift a Nice Rack double surf rack. I did some modifying to make it work and like it a lot, however they are expensive ($400.00) for that kind of money I would spend a little more and get the Samson's.

If anyone wants my krypt single surf rack let me know I am no longer using it.

Samson racks custom made a surfboard rack fingers that screwed into my existing Tige board rack... was real easy to swap them out. I ordered one side and the cost was roughly $250. Call Samson and they talk through all of your options. You will not find this on the their website.

                        Iwndr,
Here is a photo of the wake-board rack removed and the wake-surf installed. these are Samson fingers and perhaps they fit the e-series???? I bought the surf fingers from Samson for $250. The Inland surfer Blue Lake fits nicely in the surf rack.

Just a heads up. I wanted to get racks to hold my surf boards. I bought the Krypt 2 board rack.
I have the IS blue lake and the black pearl. Midway through last summer I noticed that my black pearl tri-fin had cracks on the rail. After sending it back to IS for them to fix the cracks. I rode it twice and noticed the cracks again. After talking with IS they said that bumping around in a board rack with the bungi cords tight can cause those cracks. They said that when at riding speeds (10-13 mph) boards can be in rack loose. But when cruising across lake at high speeds boards should not be in racks due to the bouncing/banging can cause the cracks to form where the board rests in the rack and from the bungi cords. After the issue I had with cracks in my IS boards I will only put my boards in the racks when sitting still.
