I am looking to buy a 2006 tige 24Ve with only 53 hours on it. The guy is asking 40k. Is this a decent price

Welcome to the site.

Price is subjective, meaning what are all of the options that the boat has and what is the market like that the boat is in.

Your best place to get an idea would be to check NADA and search for other 2006 24 Ve's.
