change of prop

)n my 2000 21i over here in Australia i have a 4 blade factory prop(cant quiet make out the size) and was woundering if a 3 blade 13 x 13 would be any better for fuel, skiing, tubeing and speed as with the 4blade she only revs to 4400 wot .She has a 310hp merc ski pro fuel injected in her.And one more question why does the hull have the wierd hull lines on either side where the outside hull lines angel down again and then curl up to a step up at the back? As it doesnt seem to be around any more?

for me, the stock 4 blade is best. I can hit 45mph and i get around 5GPH at 20 - 25 mph
