plumbing in a enzo sac?

I have my rzr in the shop, while I was there I stopped in to look at the proshop. I started talking about adding additional weight to my boat ( currently have 1600 surf system ). The guy said that we could add an enzo sac, and that it wouldnt be able to fill all the way but it would fill most of the way and add somewhere around an additional 800 lbs. After thinking on it I decided to go ahead with it and asked him to find out what they would charge to add it in while its there. He just called and said it would take 6 hours of work to plumb it in? So my question is, does that sound legit? I was assuming that with the current sac already plumbed in that they would pull that one out, lay the new one in and hook it up? What am I missing, at $105.00 per hours labor it sound aweful expensive!

That's way too much. Chpthril/Ragboy on here has a solution for plumbing into the existing system and Chpthril can probably also get you a custom sac that will fit perfectly.

^^this is correct^^ Chpthril developed a custom sac that has fittings in the correct spots so that all you need to do is remove one sac and plug in the other. He calls it his "plug-n-play" solution. I got one for Christmas and started with the 1600 surf option as well. The hours that guy is quoting you probably is diong the work Chp has already done for you, either adjusting the locations of the fittings on the sac or the plumbing in the boat to accomodate one another. Chp will hook you up. The only thing is, he probably hasn't had a chance to verify the measurments on the RZR yet, but I'm sure its not that big of a deal. Also, my understanding is that the custom sac will fill more of the rear locker than a typical Enzo. Someone else that has already installed the custom sac can verify. I'm still waiting to get my boat out of storage to make the swap.

He replied on a earlier post I posted about wanting a bigger sac, but he hasnt done the measurements yet. He actually asked me to measure mine for him but i honestly havent had the time to do it. I am the type of guy that will pay extra for conveniance but do not want to be raped in the process. What kind of sace does he use?

Chpthril is def the guy you want to get answers from on this. He just plumbed in two sacks for me and it works perfect and he did an excellent job. Mike really knows what he is doing.

The Enzo sac your dealer is selling you is made by Fly High, the same people that make my custom sacs. So you will be getting sac with the same material, ports and quality construction.

If the RZR Surf/Pro is setup the same as the RZ and Ve boats, then my custom sac is a plug'n-play and take about 15 minutes to swap out. No additional plumbing.

Now, in RE to your question. With out know exactly how they are proceeding with the upgrade, its hard to say if 6 hrs is hi, low, just right. If they are just piggy-backing the enzo, then IMO, I think 6 is a bit much. If they are adding in new pumps and plumbing for the Enzo, then 6 would be about right.

If someone with an RZR with Surf/Pro option can get me a couple pics and a couple quick measurements, I can confirm if my current RZ/Ve custom will fit.

I dont think they are adding any new pumps but said they were " plumbing in so that it looks and stays factory ". They said they also have to retime the pumps and the system to recognize the bigger bag.

haha..to bad they charge you for this. you can use a stop watch press fill, stop when water come out of the overflow and reset the timing through the setup function on the the tige touch.

How did this work out for you? Did it make a dramatic difference in the surf wake?

Has anyone replaced the front bag with something bigger or is this even possible?
