For sure. Most likely re- enforce the walls. Stiffen them up. This will be my 4th pretty over the top ballast install. Planning on going all out this time. We switch from goofy to regular while surfing constantly so I really need fast fill- drain times.Build thread: http://www.tigeowners.com/forum/showthread.php?14787-Duffy-s-2005-24v-wakesurfing-mod-thread&highlight=duffys+24v

Duffy, did you ever determine if the 24V's are 24'10" or 23'10" the specs here still show 24'10" but as you said Internet say 23'10". Have you confirmed on your boat?Mods: MLA BIG Ballast System (1800+ Custom sacs, 2 500 W705 sacs under bow), Duffy Surf Flap Mod, Trimmed Swim Deck, Top-Mount Starter

Lol, this is such an old thread! I have no clue on how long my boat really is. My buddy has a 22v right down the marina from me and the 2 feet makes a huge difference!!Build thread: http://www.tigeowners.com/forum/showthread.php?14787-Duffy-s-2005-24v-wakesurfing-mod-thread&highlight=duffys+24v
