    RZ2 Ballast Install - Complete

Been a while since I posted the tear down, but wanted to share the final product. I really wanted to put the custom enzo sac in the port side, but I also wanted to be able to do multi sports and not the set the boat to specific in case of resale.

Three new bags plumbed - two jumbo surf sacs (1100 lbs in the rear) and one tube sac (370 lbs) in the port side locker. Looks like I am getting about 900-1000lbs in the jumbos and the full fill on the tube sac. Interesting the front bags are switched together even though they are one bag - so I wired the tube sac in the port locker to the existing port front stock switch and wired the two fronts together.

On the maiden voyage learned that the empty hose was not long enough so I looped the drain forward in the gunwale to stop the passive draining. Good and bad news - the passive draining has stopped, but it does not push water out when the bags are full. A little more dialing in on the plumbing but all else is good.

Now as for the surf wake - some work to dial it in as it is now really steep and needs more weight up front to stretch the pocket out. The wakeboard wake is absolutely insane - I'll put a you tube link up.

    Before Install

Removed the Hard Tanks amd the goofy step over the battery boxes in the 2008 models

Repositioned the Batteries and Taps Controller

HARD TO GET A GOT SHOT OF THE WAKE, but it is pretty steep.
