    additional sacs for a rzr

I was out the otherday surfing behind my boat and a buddy of mine brought a 800lb sac for additional weight. That wave became huge, I was andering if anyone has added anymore weight than the factory surf ballast weight ( 1600 lbs ) to a new rzr yet? If i add more weight i definatly want it to look factory and work as the ther bags work, any suggestions?

I haven't had a chance to get my grubby little paws on an RZR with the Surf/Pro setup to take measurements yet, but if the setup is the same configuration and the placement and distance between the bottom ports are the same, I don't see why our Custom Plug'n-Play surf sac wouldn't work. The under-seat storage is open all the way into the mid-ship storage, so the sac would stretch all the way out. I could easily see it being 800+ and possibly close to 1K.

If you want to get me some pics and some dimensions, I would be happy to work with you on this.

Yep, if you open the passenger side storage locker between the main seating and the bow, its open all the way to the back.

If possible, get a pic of the sac filled. It doesnt have to be filled with water. You can pull on of the top fittings off and use a tube pump and just kinda inflate as much as possible so I can see the location of the top fittings when the sac is deployed.

For the measurments, disconnect the sac from the in-floor fittings and measure from the back wall to the first fitting and then the distance between the 2 fittings. and then snap a pic of those fittings. Im hoping our current sac will work. I just put in an order for another batch

Got any pics of that wave? I would be all about an enzo sac for the RZR if we could get one built.

Im planning on using a manual fat sac 500 lbs for the under the port seat, but may also be interested. will have to see for the summer. i really wish the boat came with pro ballast though,or one that at least had the front bag split, that way it would allow you to choose to fill only the side your surfing on to make a nice long wave.
