      1994

I've got a 1994 2002 FSLM open bow that I bought new in '95. Unfortunately, I've only had time to put 160 hours on it. Great boat, no problems except some fading on one side that gets sun when parked, replaced speedometers/pickups, replaced prop after dinging on concrete. TAPS was introduced in '95 but I never felt like spending the money to have it retrofitted. Still satisfied.

One question for you guys with towers. What do you do about a cover?

Our cover has velcro so you can slide the cover around the tower and then velcro it back together.

Damn, I almost took a picture of it just the other day. Camera in hand, cover on boat, boat right there. Why would I need I need a picture for that? Sorry dude, shoulda listened to my Spidey Sence. But yeah, velcro.

Does that mean you have a special sized cover with holes for the tower supports?

It's not so much a special size as it is it's got holes for the tower legs.

You can look at the pic in this thread.

If you look really close, you can see where the velcro openings are straight below the tower legs. You can also see the black clips for the strap that tightens the cover.

My cover is getting a little work done on it, so I can't take a picture of it now.

                            bneub,
It came with the boat and I have no idea who made it to be honest with you, but I got to take it in on monday for the 20 hr service and I will find out who manufactured it and get you a name and number.

Ok, good, it worked, it only took me a little over 4 years, but here are some pics of my "old" boat.
It is doing good, still take it out and have a good time on it.
