Rubber Insert for board racks

Guys, on my 04 Tige tower, I have the 2 wakeboard racks that came standard. Sorry - don't have pics, as I have recently sent them off to be powdercoated. In order to powdercoat, I had to strip them clean - pulled out the rubber inserts and the straps.

Question - the rubber inserts where the board sits, anyone know where I can buy replacement rubber? It is solid, black, round - I just can't find it at any local hardware stores. Everything I find is a tube, hollow in the middle. Thanks for the help.

In case anyone is wanting to replace the round rubber cord inserts on a board rack, here is the company that I finally tracked down. Rec'd the 7MM rubber cord in the mail last week, and it is a perfect replacement.
