Gas tank size

I just purchased a 1999 Tige 21v riders Addition. Can anyone tell me the gas tank size?

If that info is correct, a '99 21v should have a 40 gal tank. http://www.tigeowners.com/model_specs.php

I was told when I purchased mine it was 38 gallons.

That will save you $7 bucks at fill up.

No biggie unless you think you have a 40 and run out at 38. But then you shouldnt be cutting it that close anyway. Never trust the gas gauge anyway.
