    Bye Bye Tige... for now

As much as it pains me to say this or ask this... we are selling our tige. I wanted to ask the fellow forum posters in the Texas area to spread the word of a tige for sale. Due to a change in careers that will involve moving and buying a house (first time buyers), I will have to give up the boat... details and pics below. Please PM me if interested, or know of anyone interested

    1998 Pre2200i WT Tige

Everything is in great condition. Engine is excellent. We just replaced the a transom and speedometer, put new feet on the tower, replaced ignition switch, repainting the tower (in process), seats in great condition (I was told they were reupholstered a few years ago), includes XM radio hook up, and wakeboard rack, Teak platform has been oiled and cared for

*We were in the process of upgrading the boat so at the moment there are no speakers because the ones that came on it were shi**y and we threw them away, but it is wired for 4 in boat speakers and tower speakers. Because of the sudden circumstances, I will not be putting speakers in the boat, therefore you will have your own choice of what you want and not be stuck with crap. There is a CD player Kenwood receiver as well.

Trailer is a 2001 double axle with brand new spare tire and mount and in great condition.

    Asking price is $18,000

Again, I am sad we are leaving the Tige family, but hopefully once we get settled in the new place, we will get another Tige. More pics upon request.

I don't think you are leaving the TIGE family. You are just adjusting for your personal families future which is the most important. You will always be able to catch a ride with a TO member I am sure. Stay on the forum and keep us informed as to how things go. Good Luck and your boat is clean looking BTW.

              Roostergolf, pics sent

I know there is definately a tige in our future. We have fallen in love with everything they have to offer... and the fact that the factory is close to my home town... everyone back home has a tige on the lake so when my water pump went out last year on the 4th of july, I had lots of help from fellow tige owners. Such a nice feeling.

To Houston. On the southwest side and everyone I have talked to said there are no close/good lakes nearby and I'm not putting it in salt water, and I would rather have a house right now so I gotta give up something.

dude there are plenty of good places within 30 min to and hour!! Well when you get ready to buy again the dealer in North Houston is awsome! Be sure to check out TEXAS TIGE. Bandon and Steve are great.

Yea, if I was going to be on the north side I would keep it and just go to lake Conroe, but since I won't be close, I would just rather have a house at this point. I've been to Texas tige, they have a nice little set up and were very helpful. I'm sure somewhere down the road we will get another one, but being this close to the coast, it will be hard to talk my other half out of a bay boat . Lol
