SOONER 25 in answer to your original question.the boat you are describing seems fairly priced. You can always offer less, but the price you quoted seems fair.Sorry for all the distractions along the way,but in the end you got many different points of view.hopefully you can use all of this to help you with your decision.GOOD LUCK

I always feel bad when my threads start personal arguments at any forum I post at. Hope you guys can hug and be friends!! But, yes thank you all for your input. My decision has basically come to this:
The RZ2 that I described or this '08 22Ve. Thoughts? The 22Ve is loaded out.
PLEASE tell me more on the 22ve.The hulls are pretty much the same[the part in the water while it's moving].They have similar room, the RZ2 will realistically seat one more person comfortable. How many hours and WHAT options?

Haha! This won't be my first Tige, so I know what the hull is. Thanks for simplifying it just in case though! It has 90 hrs. It has all the same options as the RZ2 but also has a heater and underwater transom lights. I'm really starting to lean towards the Ve just because of the price difference.
Well you can't go wrong with either boat.I have a 07 22ve now and i just ordered a 2011 RZ2.Both are great boats,it's which one you like better.
I like the RZ2 more, but I just don't think I can justify the price difference. I think getting exactly what I want went out the window, when we decided that brand new just wasn't going to happen this year.

I do think that orange and black combo is sharp. We have some on our lake we go to.GOOD LUCK.
I like the RZ2 but couldn't justify the cost difference from the 22Ve.
That is a nice looking 22Ve.
Yeah, if it had everything I wanted, maybe. We'll be able to afford a brand new next year or the year after, so a cheaper boat now, just means getting a new one faster.
In 08, they did not have the Alpha Z tower. Nice bonus. I assume it was dealer installed and done right?
This is only the second boat I have ever seen with an Alpha Z installed aftermarket. I seem to recall a very long support piece that is glassed in to make the gunnel support the weight and stress of a tower only mounted to two points. I suspect someone will show a pic.
That looks like an awesome boat.
My fault on the catfight, definitely not yours. I apologized.

It was dealer installed, so hopefully it was done right. I'll have to check that out. Does anyone have a pic that tall is talking about to show what to look for? Thanks for the heads up!!
