The towers dont come pre wired anymore unless your dealer orders it pre wired. So there might not be a second set of wires in there.

      x2

The dealer in Denver said that Tige wanted quite a bit extra to pre wire them so they are doing them at the dealer. I believe if you have one set they most likely only ran one set of wires. There again that was what the dealer told me.

I'm guessing they are not there, they should be bundled right above the amps if they are there

They would actually be bundled up right in the tower when you fold it, if we are talking about a Alpha Z Tower.

narrow electricions fish-tape with a piece of string tied to the end should do it.

Fold the tower down, run the fish-tape up the tower and snag the string out. Tie/tape the wire to it and feed/pull the wire through.

Or take it back to the dealer and tell them to do it!

(Seeing as they are the ones that mis-informed you)

I agree I am sure they will work with you if you level with them.

Dont mean to hijack but hey svtcobra50 what do you got? Year model? Stang?

Apparently it's quite a chore to run cabling through the tower and into the boat due to all the different supports throughout and in the base where the tower mounts. I was told it takes the guy at the factory a couple hours to do this and he's done quite a few. I think it's about $400 to have the tower prewired for 4 speakers when ordering the boat.
I do home AV and car audio for a long time before so I'll prob just do it myself as I have all the tools. Why don't you just use the wires that are there for the 2 speakers to run all 4 and if you are using a 4ch amp just bridge the amp? If you wanted to control the speakers separately or cross them over differently you couldn't do this but if you are adding 2 more of the same speakers it won't affect anything.

Thanks for the advice, the tower speakers are not the same. One set of pro 60s and one set of mb8s, i threw in the towel and called the installer today.

Depending on your amp and how your running it you may not need to run more wire. If you are running them in parallel it would be done like this and no need to run any more wires. If you have to run 4 separate wires I would just use the existing wire and pull all 4 or use the wiring that has 4 wires in it already so your really only pulling 1. This is how I am wiring my harpoon and XM7s no need to pull any more wires.
