Hi everyone, just signed up with the site.

Yes, we are having a Wake the World event in Kansas City this year. It will benefit 40-50 kids of Gillis Children's home on Monday, July 18th.

Every volunteer that steps up allows 4-5 more kids to participate.




All the homes in KC are full of fantastic staff and kids, and one day we dream of hosting all 300+ kids, but for our first year we paired with Gillis. Gillis saw that siblings were being split between children's homes in different cities and stepped up despite budget restrictions and expanded to allow siblings to be reunited. Help us provide them a day to remember.
