    Finally an owner!!

Well, after a long search, I am finally a Tige owner. Just bought a 2004 22v Rider's Edition w/ MP 5.7L GM Vortec. Has 370 hours. I am the 3rd owner. Guy I bought it from has back issues and did not use it for towing - just for partying. Good for me, in that the last 3 years were not towing hours, and he already has a strong stereo installed. Already have a long list of things I want (need) to do.

To Do: refinish teak, fix blower, fix bilge pump, fix bow light, change belts, new tires (custom rims at same time), change impeller, change oil, fix radio remotes (he claims 1 of 2 works), new custom bimini.

Some of this stuff needs to be done before spring gets here, some of it is just b/c I want to! Looks good behind my black truck, which is a positive. Wish the Houston area was closer to water!

I have already searched the past posts in order to figure out how to tackle all the maintenance items - thanks to all for taking time to post.

Welcome and nice boat! BTW, towing doesn't hurt these boats. That is what they are made for.

Thanks guys. I really like the colors. The previous owner owned his own powder coating company, so he has taken some of the small chrome items and made them metallic red. Kind of sets it apart, plus those items don't show water spots.

I have already submitted an online quote request to Tower Biminis, just waiting to see how much that damage will be.

I know that towing doesn't hurt these boats, but if you had the option of buying one that has only cruising hours vs one that is only towing hours - I am choosing the one with cruising hrs all day long.

You are really going to need that shade in the summer in TX. It will be worth it's weight in gold. If they have an option for an extension or they have different styles, go for the biggest one.

Has anyone put a Tower Bimini on this tower? I am sure someone has, but would like to see some pics. Can they go over the top of the tower? It came with a bimini, but it has straps and is torn near the rails - which to me means - buy a new custom with multiple colors!!!
