    Ordering a 2006

What's up everyone. I have been lurking around this site for a while, and this is my first post. I have a 98 22i that has been an incredible boat. I bought her new and she still looks great, runs even better, and has made purchasing a second Tige a no brainer. Actually the service I have recieved from Tom, Chris, and most importantly Greg at the Corona store is the main reason I will be back in a Tige.

Now it is time to upgrade to a 24V. My question is where do I find ordering info on the 06? I have been reading the "2006 Tige" thread and saw that some folks have ordered already. I called Corona and they said it was too early, they did not have an ordering guide or pictures yet. I saw the pictures here for a brief moment, now I have red X's. Any help would be appreciated.

Congratulations on your first post! Welcome aboard! Tige Watersports of Corona is Great. You bought the same boat as I did a year later. Mine has been flawless also. The pictures are still there on this link. Maybe try a different web browser. I use Safari on my Mac and Firefox on my PC. Good luck with the new 06 24V.

I just ordered mine ... basically as far as the 24V, here's what me and my dealer found out.

Not much has changed... except now you have more choices as far as color options.

The dash color choices have changed... you now have a black dash and a neutral dash option instead of black and silver. The black dash has stainless inserts while the neutral has black plastic inserts. Which brings up the point that the dash layout has changed.

You can now choose w/e color insert on the vinyl that you want, instead of just a few choices.

The graphics have changed... The riders and limited graphics are still around and the same... but the west coast graphics have changed and now have some swords or other stuff in them. So don't get confused if you see it on the order sheet b/c it's not the same as last years. You should easily be able to figure out which one's replaced the west coast graphics in the pics. The graphics in the pics of the 24ve and the 22ve are the "classic" graphics. I forgot the name of the other graphics.

Tige also has it's own Cruise Control System now. I went ahead and ordered it instead of Perfect Pass, so we'll see how it works.

I can't really think of anything off the top of my head to help you anymore. I used an 05' to base color choices, etc. off of.
Being a major OU fan and a staunch conservative.... I am perpetually vexed w/ the conundrum of who to hate more. Obama or the Univ. of Saxet.

If I remember right, last year, all the good info wasn't out until late august. We ordered our 05' blind so to speak, and got it in early august. Kinda scary, concidering we didn't know about the graphics or the tower design.

          New 06 and cruise control

My '06 22v came in today. I chose the anodized tower instead of the powdercoated silver, and it looks sweet.

As far as the tige' cruise control, they had it on the orange and yellow 20v (in the pics on '06 tige thread) that pulled the contest up here in Nashville. Needless to say it was not working and they had to switch to a friends GPS unit for the next day and a half of the contest. They said it had some neat features but had given them alot of issues.

I would make sure that they have all the bugs worked out of it. Just an FYI

Its called Murphys. I used it on the 06 21i in the pictures that Andrew posted. When I used it held very tight but then again their was only one rider and a spotter. Its looks kind of like a PDA on the dash with a big read out of several different set speed selections.

One disadvantage is that is seemed to really take over throttle control, to disengage it you almost had to put it neutral. Tige techs said that they still had some tweeks to do on it. Although it may have changed since I used it over 2 months ago.
