However, I bet one day on the slopes, skiing or snowboarding, and you'd gain an appreciation for having a full four seasons of all sorts of different outdoor sports. I grew up in San Diego, not all that different from your own climate (though less humid), and after 12 months here I never wanted to go back. There's just so many options and so much variety.
To each his own, though, glad you like Florida. My brother-in-law certainly seems to, and he lives within minutes of your shop!

About 60..wayyyyyyyyyyyy to cold for me to get in. We took a 2011 RZ4 to the lake the other day to put it into service and I stuck my hand in DEAR GOD it was cold. Luckly this guy ordered this boat with a heater! Hell yes it rocked! I never understood why people in Fla. want heaters in their boats but I was glad this guy did.It was like mid 50 air and 60 water..yeah you know it we were the only ones on the lake. When the air and water temps. dont add up to atleast 140 I am done with watersports. I will take the boat down the river and out into the bay for a day trip to some of the little islands but as for boarding No Sir!

FWIW, Christopher is usually wakeboarding before the water warms to 60F in the spring. And that's in a shorty wetsuit. 'Course, we probably sweat more than you locals when we visit Florida! {grin}

Headline: 20-Degree Temps Coming To Central Florida!
>>ORLANDO, Fla. -- The coldest air of the season will blast Central Florida by late Monday night and record-low temperatures in the high teens to mid-20s are expected across the region.<<
Just need a few more crates of fogging oil, and I'm off to make my fortune in Florida {grin}.
