    Our New Addition Is Home

Well we finally took the plunge and did the deal. Drove from Vancouver to LA and back in 4 days to bring home the 02 21i. Did a sea trial on Lake Piru and all went well. Glad to be off I5 as my kidneys were starting to hurt from the pounding from all the bumps.

We had 4 inches of snow in Vancouver just prior to our departure but LA was sunny and 16, ahhhhhh.

She's home now and I spent the better part of an evening out in the driveway freezing my a$$ off winterizing before she goes into storage for the rest of the winter.

    Couple of pics attached.

            Nice Ride!

With all the TOs in the Pacific Northwest, there really needs to be a get together sometime this summer in OUR neck of the woods.

Congrats, I just got off I-5 today and I am not going to pull the boat though CA again if I can help it, that 55mph rule for trailers was killing me, how do people put up with it? The speed limit in TX on I-10 was 80!

                        Congrats. It looks great.

I don't think I have come across a yellow Tige in the 10 years that I've been boating on Cultus so I'm sure you will be noticed.

Go to Jon at Redline in Chilliwack for any major service. I've been a customer of his for 6 years and he has always been great. There are a couple of other Tige owners on here that I'm sure will agree.

Thanks Canuck. It's a big banana alright, love it! I will definately run it into redline for some service when needed. We will be using her exclusively on Shuswap Lake though with the exception of a spring shakedown on Alouette.

                          Happy Boating!

First I need to say Nice boat and congrats to the new boat owner.

Second, In CA. you can safely get away with pulling at 65mph with a boat as long as you are not cruzing in the number 1,2,or 3 lane.. I know several Highway Patrol boys and the only way you will get pulled over for 55 pulling a boat is if it is a brand new officer out of the academy with his Field training officer or he has not learned that it is a waste of time pulling you over for that. Especially on I-5 they are cooking 95-120 MPH all day when they work out there. Or they are pulling over the semi trucks at 65MPH or greater.

Very nice boat. I love yellow as a highlight color. Really stands out on the water. Red used to be my favorite but it seems that every second wakeboat these days, from every manufacturer, is red.

The plans are already in the works to do that in the Spokane area. I'm happy to host it at my lake. Here's what you'll see:

In addition to all the usual boating activities, we rock climb on those cliffs across the lake (50 foot route), we have the best rope swing for hundreds of miles around (40 feet long with launch platform 15 feet off the water), the fishing is awesome, etc.

We will obviously post info here as things develop!
