What did you mean "something special" going on with FAE right now? Also, when I looked at the company’s website, I didn't notice a 2006 24v model, yet there was one listed for a 2006 24ve. I know 24v and the 24ve are basically the same boat other than the rear area; however are the exhaust/swim platform areas any different?

Also, thanks to all for the kind remarks. Spring can't come soon enough for our family and friends!!!

Special pricing on the FAE. I dont know of a sale going on, but they will do a group price if you can get like 3-5 or more buyers to place an order together. There are about 4 right now that are interested, so it may be worth while to get this ball rolling and get the discount.

They may not have the 24V listed, but they do have one for it. And yes, the 24V and Ve are just different enough to require a different FAE.

How do I connect with the other forum members that are wanting to buy the FAE? The website indicates the following:

Group Buy - $25 Off - Minimum of 3 FAE ordered. Contact us for details

Sorry didn't meant to say something specail going on with FAE. Instead I meant to say there seems to be a special going on right now on FAE.
Directly from website. Another forum member mentioned it awhile back and so I looked at the website. I suspect the best thing to do is call Larry but this is what his website says. I realize it is for "in stock" but it's worth a try.

I think some answered your question but if he doesn't have your specific boat listed, just talk with him and you can measure your boat, (it's simple) and then he will have it made for your boat if he doesn't already have it in stock. Seems to me there are a few boats' dimensions out there that are the same. But first step...call him. Maybe you can work something out with Larry if he has most of the parts for your model and only needs to make one or two additional pieces to get you a complete FAE and still be able to give you some kind of discount.

If not, then start another thread asking people to sound off on wanting to go in on the "group buy" idea mentioned by another poster. I do think there are several out there that have been thinking about it and this might just be the spark they need to get over the hump. It may take a little time to get people to sound off on this due to the time of the season and number of people looking at this website for this time of the year. If you don't get enough for the group buy, don't let that stop you from getting one for yourself. I think you can gleam from other posters comments the value of this add-on. Any questions about it, just post them. Good Luck.

We're going to keep the boat at Lake Texoma, which is 40 minutes north of Prosper on 289. We also have a few neighbors that keep their boats up there.
