Having recnetly gone through an accident with my older son, I can't tell you enough how great this site was in helping with support and prayers for him. I honestly believe it was those prayers that got him through his surgeries and on the road to recovery.

Bottom line is we are all praying and routing for your precious little girl. Don't ever give up. Stay strong for her.

First of all I want to say thank you to all you guys who prayed for Emilee. Her surgery went great, they removed her kidney and the tumor with no complications. Early signs lead them to believe that it is a Wilms tumor which is a "cancerious" tumor that is generally found in children under 8. She had a main line installed that will allow them to do chemo without poking her everytime. It does have a very high treatable rate.

I will update again later on how she is coming along and the final results of the tumor when it comes in. The big part for me is over which is the surgery. We will deal with everything else step by step from here on.

Thanks again everyone we were really touched by all the prayes and good thoughts.
