All cars and trucks have different software same models, same options, same specs. That is my point and is a lot easier to prove with the cobra cuz parts are easy to find for it then the brand new 2011 F250.

It's the same calibration for all of the trucks. Prove me wrong otherwise. I'll check back later this afternoon and see if you found facts that prove they program these trucks different. I'll change my avatar to Ford Rules for a week if you can come up with solid proof that a truck sold in Colorado has a different ecm calibration than a truck sold in Florida with the same exact options (same EXACT model/options only difference being the place they are being sold). It needs to be a certifiable fact from something as a Ford service bulletin or the like. Wikipedia or a Ford Super Duty forum heresay doesn't count as fact.

I believe this is facts from ford for a vehicle with the same specs that proves that they all dont have the same calibrations or software.

i didn't even waste my time reading about the beating this horse took. ford guys will buy fords chevy guys will buy chevys and dodge guys will buy dodges. all this means is more people like fords for whatever reason than chevy or dodge. now chevy guys will argue chevy is better but a ford or dodge guy won't agree.the only people who will change brands are the people who weren't really loyal anyway. so keep on beating this horse because he doesn't feel a thing he's a DEAD HORSE! I dont understand how you all keep thinking i care about Ford loosing. Not once did i say i care. I'll buy whatever fits my needs. My argument is about the test and the test only as i said numerous times.

You will miss every fact to argue it wont you.

You can clearly read both Codes from the pictures with FMC logos on them. There is no way they made up those codes on the factory computers with factory labels on them for those ebay ads.

You couldn't buy this car any other way then 4.6L DOHC Supercharged Tremec T56 6 Speed Manual 3:55 Rear Gear. There would be no need for different Computer Codes if all had the same software.

I'll expect to see my Ford Rules everywhere for a full week now, Thank you very much.

Just as there are different firmware versions for PCM engines there are probably different updates or versions for all engines, and these different codes could mean that but they are not explained as different for a region or altitude. I thought you were going to ask your local ford dealer to clear this up?
