After some very good advice from members of this and another forum, I've decided to move forward with the purchase of a Tige 2005 22v. However, as a newbie, I want to make sure I don't pay too much for the boat.
Here's a link to the boat:

As respects to the boats condition, it’s in very good condition. Other than a small tear on the swim deck (easily repaired), there are no interior issues. Additionally, there are no paint and/or fiberglass issues.
The maintenance records are in order. And, the former owner took very good care of the boat.
Thanks in advance for your continued advice and counsel
