    Andy Irons passing

    For those of you who follow Surfing's World Championship Tour, you may have already heard about the passing of Andy Irons.

    In this article they refer to the finals in the 2006 pipeline masters against Kelly Slater as being one of the best competitive heats of all time. Fortunately we got to be there for it and it was so exciting, even though I am a Slater fan, Andy really brought it that day.

        Very sad to hear this.

        A reminder to all also was the fact that he was taking multiple medications that are sedating. The combination of which can easily be lethal. Accidental overdosing of prescribed medications is happening far more often than it used to.
        Be excellent to one another.
