    Tige is by far the best company I have ever dealt with for customer service. I mean out of any company, not just boats.

      I sent an email to Jean at Tige two days ago regarding the RZR build a boat site. I asked her when it would be up and running as I have ordered a new boat but have to pick my colors (and kind of need the build a boat site to do it). I was responed to about 24 hours later with the an apology, a date when the site would be up and running (next friday) and an offer for thier designer to draw one up for me if I knew what colors I liked!

      Nice work TIGE! I am sure glad I stuck with the brand...

        Glad to hear all the positive stories on this thread.

        I've always said that you can judge a company by how they behave AFTER they have your money. Everybody is nice to you during the sale - it's how they treat you afterwards that really tells the story. Judging by this thread, Tige is as awesome to everyone else as they are being to me!

          I sent a warranty request and got an e-mail back 35 minutes later.

          I also took my boat to Lynnwood motoplex in Seattle this week for the first time. Cory in the service department is great. Best Tige dealer experience I have had in almost 3 years with 3 different dealers.
