    New Tige Owner

Hey guys, I never really made a formal introduction. I got a 2003 Tige 20v about 2 months ago and I just jumped on here getting info! I've learned so much already and I LOVE this site. All I need is a perfect pass and some fatsacs and I will be set!

Welcome! If you have been lurking, as you know everyone will be asking for pics soon. There is a sticky thread on how to post pics, its not that hard.

What part of the country are you from or what lake(s) do you typically ride? That will eventually be asked as well.

Post som pics and if you add detail about yourself, it will help when you ask some question. (like location, boat and so on)

      welcome

So, you a surfer or boarder, tuber, what?

If you are a surfer, welcome.

If you are other, ok, welcome also. Just kidding, all are welcome, but I have to admit, I am partial to surfers. ;-)

I just might-could have 2 400# fatsacs and a uuber pump for sale. I upgraded to a automated ballast system last year.

Also have a CWR Razr surfboard and a skim style surfboard from my quiver that could help you get started out--depending on your size/surfing style. PM Me if interested.

            welcome

Ragboy, I watch your videos all the time! I am a wakeboarder but I love to surf also. Growing up here on the Texas coast and florida coast, I am really into skim boarding. Since I am short of money right now, I use my exile skimboard with my astrodeck tractions to surf. It has no fins what so ever so it is very squirly, but I like that because it simulates a wrap (skimboard trick) very closely.

My kids surf on their skim boards all the time. It started out as a dare. I dared them to ride the skim board behind the boat like a wakeskate and it progressed from there. Later, we met up with Larry Mann (Trickboardz) and moved onto his designs. Still have the $12 skim boards we got at Academy...they work like a champ.

haha well the skims we ride are really really expensive... about 400 dollars go into the one I'm riding right now. Those little wooden boards are great but if you get into real skimming you HAVE to check out the fiberglass ones that are basically built like small surfboards
