    Got Sac?

We have been working on this podcast for a while, several months. And we have been working with our TO buddy chpthril for the custom sacs. We have a few minor tweaks to turn over to chpthril in a couple of days. Anyway, check out the wake, and also some fun, great surfing in this. Pay attention to tigeowner majestic (Chris Martinez) in here. He almost has his 360, and he did what we refer to as the "Roadrunner" crash, it was very funny. Also, mitch lemos from CMS is the last rider, and the wake is like to his naval.

Man, R&D can be so brutal. ;-)

Gee - I did not know R&D could be so brutal.

Great video and some great moves - roadrunner is the highlight.

Awesome, Ragboy. Thanks for sharing once again. Just a few questions:

        (1) When empty, does the custom sac fit behind the screen that velcros to the top of the locker (at least the portion of the sac that's in the locker)?

        (2) Does that velcro screen come standard on the boat (with the pro ballast)?

        (3) Did you have to re-program the timers on the Tige Touch to completely fill the custom sac?

          1. no way, its huge, does not fit back there.

          2. Yes, I think with the surf ballast also.

          3. The timers only go to 10 mins. I am hoping we can get a firmware update and put timers to 14 mins, or whatever is needed in the future. So with this, for now, the timers are inaccurate.

So when your filling it and it stops at 10 minutes, you start again and does it stop on its own or you just watch until its full and shut it off?

              Great vid.

As always, great music. The Rapture is one of the best live bands out there and House of Jealous Lovers is an early goody. The White Stripes. Nothing need be said. Jack White is a rock and roll god.

Nice work pushing the wakesurf community forward!

Great video!! Tige should give the video to everyone getting a new boat. Now what do we do with the 350 sacs?

It doesn't stop at 100%, so when you hit fill, we just keep going until we want to stop, looking at the sac, or until water starts venting, indicating full.

RJ and I really love the music part of it. And we choose alternative indy because they mostly allow on youtube, but this time we had some yeah, yeah, yeahs, and we had to redo the video, such a pain. We try to pick music, that we think fits the "rhythm" of wakesurfing for us. Strong beat, but a bit off kilter, you know? Jealous Lovers is perfect, I love songs where the vocals are a bit nuts, that one is a perfect example.

Most people will enjoy the pro system as is, its a great system, and throws a great wake. The RZ2 with the pro ballast, and just a few people threw a better wake than my Ve with 1000 lbs in the corner. The RZ2 reacts so much better to weight, and the wake on the RZ2 is STRONGER, more push. It makes a huge difference.

Can you cap two ports and put a manual fill quick connect on the third? Would make a nice fat sack for someone.

I wonder if they would fit (and fill reasonably full) somewhere near the bow of an RZ? This might be a good solution for those looking to replace or supplement the single bow U shape sac on pre-2010s. But the upright block shape would probably preclude such use.

Yes, you can make it a manual sac, the holes for the fittings are standard fly high holes. But they are of an odd shape. Kind of like a triangle.

Wow that was a fun weekend! Thanks again Ragboy and Family!!

First I would like to comment how easy of a switch the Sacs were, I did help RJ with the goofy change out and we accomplished all this with a pair of channelocks in about 5 minutes, (if we had a socket wrench it may have taken all of two minutes).

As far as the wake it really did have an amazing amount of push, you could fall as far back as the curl and put a little pressure on you front foot and catch right back back up. (I am going to do some testing om my 22ve to see if I can replicate with some front weight and a Ragboy sized sac in the seat.

As far as the 360 I have been working so hard on; I think after watching all the video it is simply a balance issue and I will get it worked out in the spring. The "running man crash" wasn't as dramatic as it felt. When I turned into the wave it just punched me and it felt like I flew 10 feet in the air! maybe another representation of how much push the wake has.

Thanks again Ragboy and also to Dennis Horton, Mitch, RJ and the rest of the family. I will be back in the spring to do it again!

One last thing we pretty much rode non-stop from 11am till 7pm and I think we may have burned 1/4 tank of gas.

oh yeah, I forgot to mention that. That new 343 has even better fuel economy than my MP340. I was amazed/stunned. We didn't stop the boat, surfed ALL DAY.

I am dying to have you weight your boat like we did, and see if the wake on the 22ve, and RZ2 can be the same.

No offense taken on the ragboy sac, everyboat needs a ragboy. ;-)
